This workshop will introduce the free Discover 4-H Clubs curriculum, which provides six hands-on learning lessons in a do-reflect-apply format. These prepared lesson plans incorporate established learning outcomes and assist Afterschool personnel in becoming effective educators. In addition, prepared planning aids allow individuals to spend more time in conducting projects and less time planning them. Instructional techniques will include hands-on teaching activities from the curriculum and ideas on how to use the curriculum in afterschool programming.
